ingredients(4 to 5 servings)

water-boiled soy beans 120 g
ground lean pork 100 g
onions 100 g
celery 100 g
eggplants 2
(A)shaved curry roux 60 g
(A)ketchup 1 1/2 tbsp
(A)water 200 to 300 cc
cooked rice(1 serving) 150 g

Preparation

  1. Coarsely mince onions and celery.
  2. Dice eggplants into 1 cm cubes. Soak in water.
  3. In a deep dish, mix(1), soy beans, ground pork, and(A), and place eggplants on the outer edge. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave(500 w)for 5 min. Take it out, mix well, and microwave again for 2 min.
  4. Dish up rice, and pour(3).

Helpful Hints

  • In the conventional recipe, the ingredients are fried, so it requires about 2 tablespoons of oil. By using a microwave, we can avoid using oil.
